To conduct landscape evaluation, maintenance, conservation, and foster new creation, understanding and cooperation from stakeholders related to the landscape – the main actors – are essential. However, the complexity of the concept of landscape can sometimes pose obstacles. Therefore, it was considered whether creating a landscape perception model classified from the perspective of landscape stakeholders, without requiring an understanding of the complex mechanisms of the landscape, would facilitate stakeholders' comprehension of their relationship and roles with the landscape. A model was prototyped and experimentally introduced into actual landscape planning.
