In order to clarify "what is the attraction of wanting to live", we focused on living comfort, and conducted a multiple regression analysis based on survey data (806,722 people in total) on livability satisfaction conducted by Daito Construction Co., Ltd. The results of the analysis were inferred from five perspectives by region and segment, and it was found that the "attractiveness of wanting to live" differs depending on the characteristics of each region and the attributes of people, so it cannot be said unconditionally.
