Abstract

In order to create a flag design with the theme of "a future lively shopping association" to revitalize the shopping association, we conducted fieldwork and collected information about the current shopping association. However, in order to envision the shopping association of the future, they found it difficult to express their ideas in words and pictures and to share them with others. To solve this problem, we introduced paper 3D models and tested their effectiveness. As a result, it became clear that paper 3D models can be used by students who have difficulty expressing their own ideas in words. It became clear that even students who are not good at drawing can easily express their ideas and share them with others by using paper 3D models.
