Abstract

Targeting observation points that are said to have a high evaluation of view roads, we used user review scores as data to organize priorities for improvement based on the degree of influence of evaluation factors. As a result of analysis using Quantification Theory Type I, the influence was highest in the following order: ``Presence or absence of obstructing the view,'' ``Topography where the observation point is located,'' and ``Area where the view can be obtained.'' It is thought that it is important to prune trees and leaves to eliminate obstructions to the view, and to secure a view range of 180 degrees or more depending on the topography.
