Abstract

This paper aims to build an experiential framework that focuses on the ease of reflecting in daily life, with the aim of creating a continuous active learning that creates "space" in the mind. We focused on "uncomfortable" that one happens to see in daily life. Based on the analysis of the uncomfortable experiment, we were able to summarize the experience requirements into the following four steps. 1. Use a subject that is familiar to the experiencer's real-life experience. 2. Connect "curious" to "why?" 3. Imagine the background of the uncomfortable. 4. Share the sensation with others.
