Abstract
This study examines methods for organizing and sharing information in regional revitalization projects. Three approaches—task tables, Gantt charts, and progress lists—were introduced and evaluated through participant observation. While each method supported coordination, the findings emphasize the need to share decision-making frameworks, including roles and evaluation criteria. The study highlights the importance of adaptive information management to support sustainable collaboration. Future work should explore how to design and share such frameworks in response to changes in context and stakeholders.
