Abstract
With the introduction of active learning, team activities at universities are becoming increasingly important. However, the performance of each team varies, and one of the factors is thought to be the personal characteristics of the team members. This study proposes a method of team formation for university students taking PBL-type classes by conducting team formation using a questionnaire that measures personal characteristics and clarifying the characteristics of teams with high performance based on the evaluations of “goal achievement” “team satisfaction” and “effort process”.
