Abstract
We developed a 3D geographic information system that integrates both normal-time use and disaster-time response. Most conventional map systems are specialized for either use. However, this system utilizes CesiumJS and PLATEAU 3D city model data to provide restaurant search function for daily use and a shelter search function for emergencies, all on the same platform. We used color to represent price range and height for restaurant information to indicate evaluation value. For evacuation center information, we implemented a filtering function that allows users to search by disaster type. This system demonstrates the potential to enhance disaster prevention awareness and support rapid responses during emergencies through regular use.
