Abstract

This study examines how gamification mechanisms influence user experience in an eco-friendly drinking app, considering environmental awareness, gaming habits, and gender as moderating factors. Findings indicate that environmentally conscious users are more sensitive to gamification elements, gaming habits affect achievement mechanisms, and male users respond more strongly to contextual elements. These insights provide valuable guidelines for future app design.
