Abstract
In this study, a nine-month design thinking workshop was conducted for 36 second-year high school students aspiring to become nurses, followed by a follow-up survey one year later. The results showed that students improved in creative thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and self-expression, and applied these skills in daily life, school, and clinical training. In particular, the workshop fostered independent thinking and communication skills through discussions and collaboration. These findings suggest that design thinking is an effective learning approach in high school education.
