Exercise programs for seniors promote health and prevent care dependency but often lack qualified instructors and customized routines. This research develops a digital system using motion capture technology to create personalized exercises by breaking movements into short segments. These segments, stored digitally, can be flexibly combined via text-based controls, similar to traditional Labanotation but with improved realism. Initial prototypes synchronize movements to music, enabling adjustments to exercise complexity, thereby enhancing usability in care facilities. Future work aims to simplify customization further.
