Abstract

This study examines whether people with mobility difficulties can use wheelchairs to explore the sea or highlands on their own, or with minimal assistance. We focused on electric wheelchairs, which require less assistance work and burden on caregivers, are comfortable to ride even on rough roads, and allow easy transfers on the ground.
