Information sharing in university student council activities

Abstract

This study aims to enhance task and schedule management in a university cultural festival committee,which faces challenges due to inconsistent task management, unclear workflows, and a lack of shared knowledge. Instead of merely implementing a system, the research focuses on designing an environment where committee members can create their own information-sharing methods. Through workshops utilizing FigJam,members successfully developed and sustained a tailored system. Findings highlight the importance of visualization in improving communication and efficiency within student organizations.
