Abstract

This study explores how sharing and formalizing tacit knowledge can foster creativity and relationship building within organizations. Focusing on a human resource development project by MIMIGURI Inc., it examines how a designer’s perspective supports the conversion of tacit into explicit knowledge and the sharing of values. Key themes include: (1) deepening tacit knowledge through dialogue, (2) applying design processes to knowledge interaction, and (3) updating knowledge within organizations through ongoing exchange.
