Abstract

This study develops a human-figure tool to support non-experts in graphic facilitation (GF) who feel resistant to drawing. While GF enhances dialogue, preliminary drawing instruction often imposes high time burdens. The proposed stencil-based tool enables participants to create physical figures that externalize thoughts. Results from a workshop involving AI-related discussions demonstrate that the tool helps participants express complex values via metaphors and spatial positioning, facilitating meaningful engagement with visual records without requiring prior technical drawing skills.
