Abstract
This paper is intended for sharing with members of our academic association information about the fundamental research plan on "New Integrated Science Intelligence and Literacy" and the development of a modular curriculum founded on promoting creativity, as submitted for a Grant in-Aid for Scientific Research in Priority Areas of the Ministry of Education in 1996. This project has two research objects; (1) how to construct a curriculum development theory for creative science and technology education toward the innovation age, and (2) how to create a more rigorous educational theory to integrate brain science, psychology and education.
