The purpose of this study is to get the management suggestions on the V-Challenge League home game enterprise by focusing on the business structure on “Tsukuba United” home game executive. It is studied on three analysis angles, organization , profit enterprise and marketing. The conclusion is follow.
(1) The accomplishments on the conduct of home game on “Tsukuba United” .
① Trying to create the new customers by new style casting ,which is organized by various citizen’s active groups.
② The original business structure , that is composed by three factors of good game , volunteers with special skill and organizer , is beginning to be built.
③ It is the conduct of the home game enterprise being based on V-League home game keystones accurately.
(2) The issues on the conduct of home game on “Tsukuba United” .
Productivity is still developing and it is necessary to project more tactical business plan.
(3) The suggestion to V-Challenge League home game enterprise.
It is necessary to practice the marketing for popularization of volleyball , and for this , it is required to practice the strategic human resource management to local communities.
