Feedback utilizing video has the potential for wide-range application; from top athletes to physical education classes. However, at present, its
application is limited. This paper examines its effectiveness to promote widespread use.
A questionnaire survey was conducted on one club team and on one university team. The results indicate that video feedback enables players
to analyze their own play objectively as well as enhances the motivation to correct their own play. It was shown that video feedback is an effective tool; however, careful selection of the transmission method( delayed system or video device) must be made in accordance with the training menu and / or the purpose of use.
