The purpose of this research is to consider measures to realize more full psychological support from the practice of psychological support.
Empathic listening support provides athlete independence and satisfaction. Counselors should reach actively to the athlete. For example, greetings, sharing information on athletes with their head coach, role to convey the head coach’s thinking to the athletes, to advise skills that generally necessary for social workers, and leading athletes to focus on the process that is striving.
