Abstract
In leading study, it has been made cleared that JVA must develop the management in conformity with an
idea of“For all”. Then in this study, we focused on France in which in recent years, the international sports
performance is better and better, and sports administration fills up. And the following is the process in this
study.
Firstly, made clear“The obtained good results”to be able to been proved as the numerical value. Next,
made clear The actual condition in“The organization and enterprise”of background of“The obtained good
results”. And further, we worked out the idea and consciousness structure on which such a organization system
based on.
Then, by these results we analyzed and considered the characteristics in FFVB organizational structure,
from both viewpoints of“coaching”namely performance progress and spread progress and of“administration”
namely“the organization in organization”structure.
Finally, we suggested the direction to assignments solution in JVA management. By this, we could do this
study as introduction to next step study, as to say, to extract concrete idea for assignments solution by making
clear“Volleyball Identity in Japan”from a comparative study with the exterior.
