Air Stripping of Odor Matters

Abstract

The Japanese Environment Agency have imposed the strict regulation (No.3 Regulation) for the odor waste water from Pulp factory. We, SIN-OJI PAPER CO., Ltd., OJI KOUEI CO., Ltd. and NCE, have developed the air stripping system instead of the conventional steam stripping. We have analyzed experimental data by KLa and obtained the computer simulation program using KLa.
Accordingly we will be able to propose more economical deodorization plant corresponding to No. 3 Regulation.
