Abstract

In this study, I was analyzed the renewal of the houses at built-up area where detached house is majority. As a result, the major renewal was appropriated the living affairs of family. Recently, the inherited living by family would be difficultly. And, home building and site division by inheritance have been conducted. As a conclusion, there are 2% individual renewals for a year, but, if these cases gathered, good residential environment is not always formed. The agenda are the derivation of constructing and correspondence to the operation and maintenance.
