Revisions on Blood Biochemical Data Dairy Cow Sera among Analytical Equipments

Abstract

Eight blood biochemical data (Total Protein, Glucose, Total Cholesterol, Calcium, GOT, γ-GTP, ALP and LDH) were measured with 28 dairy cow serum samples by three kinds of biochemical, analytical equipments in the two Livestock Hygiene Service Centers in Kagawa Prefecture. The data were analysed statistically to compare with standard data of the control equipment (Fuji Dry Chem 5500V) in the Tobu Center. As results, Glu and LDH values were reveised with one regression equation, and TP and T-cho values also with two equations of same slopes for the standard values, respectively.
