Abstract
Right-sided juxtaposition of both auricles was observed in an 8-month-old Japanese black calf. The anomalous left auricle was located to the right of the aorta between the right auricle and the right anterior vena cava. The heart was associated with ventricular septal defect, double outlet right ventricle, and double anterior venae cavae. During life, two-dimensional echocardiography showed the origin of the aorta from the right ventricle.
