Abstract
A dog diagnosed as having Cushing's disease was treated by daily administration of o, p'-DDD, No anticipated therapeutic efficacy could be obtained, and side effects, including an elevation of serum K level, developed. CT scan revealed hypertrophic right adrenal gland, which was thus excised. Subsequent intermittent administration of o, p'-DDD achieved good therapeutic results.
