Abstract
Detection of anti-canine parvovirus antibodies in dog sera were attempted by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) system using microplates coated with guinea pig polyclonal antibodies. As compared with haemagglutination inhibition (HI) test, the indirect ELISA showed higher sensitivity with titers correlated with those of HI test (r=0.78).
