A 6-month-old mixed breed pig was shown to have an encapsulated mass 33 × 25 × 7cm in size and weighing 3.4kg, replacing the right kidney with polypoid or grape bunch-like growth in the renal pelvis. The mass was firm in consistency, containing some soft portions. The cut surfaces were grayish-white in color and solid with whorled pattern. Tumor tissue was composed predominantly of immature striated muscle, and partly of nephroblastic and epithelial components. Metastatic lesion was present in the right renal lymph node and diagnosed as fetal rhabdomypmatous nephroblastoma. Distinct cross striations were present in striated muscle cells, which had mostly paracentral oval nuclei and occasionally myotubles.
