Abstract
The lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of clinically healthy horses were examined by an electron microscope. It was shown that the fine structure of the equine lympho-cyte was essentially identical to that of the human and other animal ones. There were dense bodies in the cytoplasm. They were markedly variable in form and fine structure, but were supposed to coincide with the azurophilic granules recognized by light microscopy.
