Abstract
There are many adaptations of transient gas jet in a industrial field, such as gas engine and simplified diesel spray etc. In order to improve its emission and efficiency, it is important to clarify the mixing process between fuel and surrounding air. In this study, two different fluorescent tracer, which have different fluorescent wavelength was seeded into fuel gas and ambient air respectively. And fluorescence signal was induced by planer Nd:YAG laser sheet was detected by 35mm still color camera. As a result, three primary (fundamental) color, which consist of red, green and blue, was separated from the fluorescence images to clarify the mechanism of mixture formation.
