An interface in contact with a bio-derived molecule in water is called a biointerface, which is one of the developmental elements used in the fields of medical devices, cell culture, pharmaceutical production, and regenerative medicine. Therefore, its creation is essential in the development of materials in the lifescience fields. We report on biointerface development efforts, such as correlation of various materials and cell adhesion, design by surface treatment technology, and deepening of cell adhesion / non-adhesion control technology utilizing fluorine technology.
