The measurements of aerodynamic coefficients of train are carried out by wind tunnel tests in uniform and turbulence flows. An interpolation method for aerodynamic coefficients is proposed with consideration of the train speed, in which an increase of the train speed leads to a decrease of the turbulence intensity. The proposed method enables to provide the critical wind speed of overturning considering the train speed.
