Abstract
Light alloys, such as aluminum alloy, are used in a wide field for the purpose of the weight saving of vehicles. However, mechanical properties of A6061 become worse by welding.In this report,we focus on ultrasonic welding that is solid state bonding,and also investigated the change of welding process by chip form.
