Abstract
In order to make each robot work efficently and to obtain the good welding quality,it is important to optimize the assignment of tasks of robots. In the paper,we propose an optimization or the welding assignment of some welding robots with the genetic algorithm. The position of welding works and robot arms is managed by multi dimensional data structures to shorten of processing time for the collison detection.
