Abstract
Plasma-arc hybrid welding was performed on the lap-fillet joint of high strength steel sheet and its joint fatigue strength was investigated. Toe shape was measured to determine stress concentration factor. Thus, relationship between joint fatigue strength and toe shape was clarified.
