Abstract
The electric resistance value depends on the type and temperature of material, and current-carrying area in resistance spot welding. The current-carrying area depends on the electrode force and yield stress of material. In this study, mild steel and stainless steel were used to discuss about the difference of the electric resistance at an early in the spot welding.
