It is known that metal structure influences fatigue characteristics (fatigue strength and lifetime). In this paper, three kinds of steel, of which metal structure is different, were prepared and fatigue tests were carried out. It was investigated from the results of the experiment what kind of structure is effective for fatigue characteristics. The results are shown.
