Abstract
We are faced with such problems as environment, energy and aging population in Japan. On the other hand, they can be argued that the possibility of new industry in the future.
In order to generate new ideas of these possibilities, firstly we should listen attentively to voice of customer. And secondly, we need to cross our own industry and collaborate effectively with companies having key technology.
This procedure is the implementation of our original “Coordinate Management” method based on customer, and it is indeed our management philosophy “KYOUSEI”
