Currently the construction industry for houses in Japan is operating as an independent carpenter gets a contract of construction. This method makes hard to educate successors.

We established the method of our original training system for beginners to break the current shortage of carpenters.

The following explains the carpenter training system as corporate employee which is different from ordinary independent carpenter system.
