2-5 Analysis Method of Wave Pattern Resistance Using Projected Light Distribution

抄録

A new method was proposed to measure the wave pattern resistance. This method analyzes the projected light distributions around ship models and gets wave amplitude functions of P and Q directly. The wave pattern resistance was calculated by an integration of the wave amplitude functions. Numerical simulations have been made and results shows good agreement with the original input data. Discussion and suggestions are made at last.
