機関部ぎ装の合理化の一方法 : 大型ユニットぎ装方法採用による成果

抄録

With respect to outfitting operations of machineries, technical method of rationalization, which set out from an attempt to do outfitting works inside the door, has now developed to the method of large unit assembling. The large unit worked out in the same arrangement as that as that of the whole floor plan in machinery space can be assembled in shop without being disturbed by any sort of obstacle, irrespective of stages of hull construction. Both the large unit method and the improved outfitting shops with versatile functions to control all the outfitting operations are the most important factors for progress of rationlization.
