Abstract
In order to protect the safety of children, disaster evacuation events in schools were evaluated using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). Conventional school evacuation events involved observing evacuation behavior from the same height as the evacuating children, but we noted that using an unmanned aerial vehicle to observe from a height of 50 meters allowed us to see the entire event. As a result, it became clear that it is important for teachers to confirm the safety of evacuation routes and observe the behavior of children.
