Abstract

When egg-media which is plugged with cotton usual is stored at room temperature or in the refrig, the chance of the entrance of saprophytes through plug is increased as the time of storage becomes longer. This tendoucy is greater particularly, in the refrigerator althrmgh the petency of media is not decreased inspite of the leAgth of time.
