The therapeutic effect of Tibion was evaluated by autopsy examining the changes produced in the miliary tubercles formed in the livers and spleens of 8 tuberculosis cases which had been treated with Tibion. The changes produced in the miliary tubercles were classified into 4 types: collagenized foci, lymphocyte infiltrated hyalinized foci, epithelioid cell foci and caseated foci. Counting as much tubercles as can be expected, they were classified into the above mentioned 4 types.
