In the previous experiment, it was observed that tubercle bacilli inhaled and settled in pulmonary alveoli were phagocyted by the alveolar macrophage, where multiplication of the bacilli took place. In the present study, the influence of INH treatment and BCG vaccination on the changes in the early stage of airborne tuberculosis of guinea pigs was observed.
