Abstract

This paper reports the latest findings in a series of studies on the frequency and distributions of the main mineral components, water and ascorbic acid containd in the Molnkhiyya in Kochi prefecture. Consequently in both outdroor and indoor cultivation, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, magnesium, nitrogen, water, and ascorbic acid are in real-normal distribution. Sodium, zinc and copper are in logarithm-normal distribution. In comparing indoor ones with outdroor ones, there is more water in those grown indoors and more minerals. Nitrogen and ascorbic acid in those grown outdroors. When comparing leaves with stems, there is more calcium, phosporus, iron, zinc and copper in those leaves. As a result of examining correlations between every element a positive correlations could be found between nitrogen and phosphorus. Correlations between main mineral components and zinc will be not apper. High correlations of other elements were found between nitrogen and copper, between sodium and copper.
