This paper presents the methodology of "Fostering Integrated IT Literacy" which was tried out in the class of Information Processing Theory for the 2^<nd> grade students in the Department of Nutrition of this Junior College. The authors' considerations on the contents and effects of such trial are also presented. It is possible to utilize information in an integrated manner by linking/coordinating classes of the nutrition department with IT classes. Various ideas were tried in the classes. The effects of integrated education approach were obvious, which was further confirmed by a questionnaire survey of the students. From the survey results, typing records and papers by the students, the authors conclude that the above trial has significant effects to fostering the integrated IT literacy of the college students.
