It is said that the 21 st century is the century of brain. On the other hand, it is pointed out that the infantile phenomenon is inherent in young people of today. Thereby, we sometimes think about the growth of brain. As just described, recently, it shows a growing interest in human brain. In our department of medical technology, students often spend the college life in a state of anxiety and/or of stress. With a background just described, we have been interested in a mental state of students. This time, we plan to probe it by their brain waves using digital electroencephalograph and brain wave analyzing system newly introduced in our department. In this paper, we present a part of following, brain wave and brain wave analysis, discovery science and brain wave, and a trial at the clinical physiology office of department of medical technology.
