抄録
The degradation rates of the rat liver microsomal alkaline ribonuclease were examined in vivo by using cycloheximide. The half-life if the ribonuclease was about 6 hours. Our result indicates that the half-life of the ribonuclease is disagree with that of microsomal ribonuclease obtained by Ferdinand.
