A case of traumatic dislocation of the testis was reported. A 17-year-old male was admitted because of traumatic bone fracture. On the fllowing day he was introduced to our department with complaints of right groin pain and swelling. Investigative surgery was performed and the testis was replaced in the scrotum.
Classification of unopened testicular injury was explained and the cause of testicular dislocation and its frequency of occurrence were discussed. It was emphasised that surgical investigation must be performed without hesitation in suspected cases.
