Abstract
It is well known that congenital abnormalities of the pancreatico-choledocho-ductal junction caused of congenital choledochal cyst and biliary malignancy. Recently, routine examination such as ERCP or PTC have often disclosed such anomalies. We have experienced five such cases in one year, since January of 1991, and performed biliary reconstructive surgery with bile duct resection. The basic method of biliary reconstruction is Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy. In this report, we describe indications for selection of the reconstructive method and postoperative biliary drainage.
